Mixed use scheme

The new buildings will comprise around 4,000 sq ft of retail on the basement and ground floors and 16,000 sq ft of offices across five floors.

Two mews buildings at the back of the site will be demolished and redeveloped as two mews homes.

The plans will result in the loss of Spanish restaurant La Rueda the report says the benefits of the scheme ‘outweigh the concerns regarding the loss of the existing restaurant.’

The application will be heard by Westminster Council’s Planning and City Development Committee next Thursday.
