Fruition gets green light for £50m Old Oak regen

Fruition Properties has been given the green light to develop its largest property to date within the 650 acre Old Oak and Park Royal regeneration zone.

The approved 2 Scrubs Lane development will feature a 20-storey residential tower, 2,300 sq ft of commercial space, a new church, nursery and community facilities. It will provide a total of 85 new homes comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments, 35% of which will be affordable, with 12 apartments for London Living Rent and 16 for shared ownership.
