Visit Scotland has taken 27,000 sq ft (2,510 sq m) at AWG’s Ocean Point in Leith on a 17-year lease at £21.50/sq ft (£231.43/sq m). Terms are out on two further floors in the building to two occupiers. Jones Lang LaSalle and Donaldsons are acting for AWG.

Edinburgh is gearing up for the next development cycle and rents are set to rise.
