Galliford Try teams with Sanctuary to deliver Leamington Spa resi

Galliford Try Partnerships has partnered with housing and care provider Sanctuary Group to build 375 new homes in Leamington Spa.

The strategic joint venture, a fourth partnership project between Galliford Try and Sanctuary, will see the duo develop 150 affordable homes and 225 homes to be sold on the open market at a site on Europa Way in the Warwickshire town. Housing association Waterloo will work alongside the JV partners on the affordable aspect
