Galliford Try has been selected to carry out four affordable housing projects in London and the South East, valued at around £84.5m.
The construction and housebuilding group will construct 671 homes for rent and shared ownership.
The Circle Anglia Housing Association has appointed Galliford Try to carry out a £34.5m development at Innova Park, Enfield comprising 336 apartments and houses.
Galliford Try will also build an £11m development comprising 80 homes in Plaistow, East London for Circle Anglia.
In Hornsey, East London, Galliford Try has secured a £23m project to build a 136 apartment development for One Housing Group.
The fourth contract is a £16m project for ASRA Greater London Housing Association and will comprise a 119 apartment development for affordable rent and shared ownership in Plumstead, South East London.
