Gatehouse Bank puts in call for bids on BT's Leeds headquarters

Gatehouse Bank has appointed Savills to market BT’s Leeds headquarters for £48.9m.

The 139,079 sq ft, grade-A One Sovereign Street HQ, built in 2002, is close to Leeds station. Nearby occupiers include KPMG, Direct Line Group, Mercer, Asda and the government.
