Industrial developer Gazeley has acquired a 19-acre redevelopment site at Moulton Park in Northamptonshire and outlined plans to speculative develop a trio of warehouses at the renamed G Park Northampton.
The site, which was formerly occupied by Robert Horne Paper Company, was acquired from Ropemaker and can accommodate a total of 430,000 sq ft. Having completed the acquisition, Gazeley’s plans to speculatively develop three new warehouses of 50,000 sq ft, 90,000 sq ft and 155,000 sq ft of space at the site.
