Gazeley has completed a new £12.2m headquarters for Asda’s clothing range George in Leicestershire.

The 85,000 sq ft building has been developed on a brownfield site at Gazeley’s Magna Park at Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

It includes a design studio for 560 staff and ‘mock shops’ to allow full scale trials of George’s advertising campaigns before they are used in the supermarkets.

Achitect Chetwoods was appointed to design the headquarters in 2005. The building took 15 months to develop.

The three-storey building also has a BREEAM Very Good rating.
