GE Real Estate has sold Landmark Place in Slough for £34m.

A client of Goodman has bought the 75,000 sq ft building at a yield of 5.6%.

GE Real Estate, with its partner Appley Properties, has owned Landmark Place for two years.

Vacant

18,000 sq ft is let to Slough Borough Council, but the remaining 57,000 sq ft of office space is vacant – and the deal includes rent guarantees on the vacant accommodation.

The building also includes a leisure club, operated by LA Fitness, and a long leasehold interest in a Travelodge hotel.
