Generali Real Estate has acquired Arenal Cuatro, a prime mixed-use building in central Madrid, on behalf of its Generali Europe Income Holding Fund.
The 40,000 sq ft property features a number of shops on the ground floor and a boutique hotel on its upper eight floors and dates back to the 1800s.
