Italian investor Generali Real Estate has completed the acquisition of a prime high-street retail asset in central Copenhagen in its debut deal in the Nordics region.
The acquisition of the fully-let Købmagergade 39 building on behalf of Generali GEIH Fund (Generali Europe Investments Holding) marks the first direct asset acquisition by Generali in Denmark.
