The backers of build-to-rent brand Get Living have submitted plans for a £180m proposal to build 780 homes across a five-acre site on Globe Road in South Bank, Leeds.
Following public consultations, the lapsed planning consent granted to the previous site owner has been reconfigured to create a new scheme of eight residential buildings linked by a series of new public spaces and a new hub building overlooking the canalside.
