Gladman Developments has bought a seven acre site in Dunblane, Scotland where it plans a £17m office scheme.
The UK’s largest speculative developer of office and industrial space plans to develop 98,000 sq ft office scheme at the site on the M9 to the north of Stirling.
The scheme will be called Dunblane Business Park and will house a mixture of office suites and buildings with space of between 2,250 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft.
The company will start a phased development subject to planning permission from Stirling Council.
James Barr acted for the sellers while Gladman was unrepresented.
