Glasgow Waitrose sold for £12m

Danske Bank’s Northern Bank Pension Trust has sold a Waitrose in Newton Mearns, Glasgow for £12.1m to a UK investor.

The purpose built 36,000 sq ft unit was constructed around nine years ago as part of the Greenlaw Village development in Newton Mearns.
