Gleeson appoints Gusterson as MD of land division

The low-cost housebuilder MJ Gleeson has appointed Guy Gusterson as managing director of Gleeson Land, the group’s land promotion division.

Gusterson has more than 25 years of industry experience, including 16 at St Modwen Properties, where he was a member of the executive committee and latterly managing director for etrategic land and regeneration, where he oversaw the development of the capital light strategic land division.
