Glenbeigh Developments has won planning consent for a 400,000 sq ft development of the final phase of Cobham Gate at Ferndown Industrial Estate in Dorset.

It will offer industrial, warehouse and office premises. Initially buildings from 20,000 up to 100,000 sq ft will be available by way of design and build packages, and will be for sale or to let.

The site aims to provide 10% of its energy from renewable sources.

East Dorset District Council have been keen to bring the site forward in response to strong demand from a large number of local and regional occupiers and the development will help generate new jobs within the locality.
