Europa Capital has sold its Warsaw landmark office building at Spektrum Tower to CEE office investor Globalworth for €101m (£89.2m).
The property at 18 Twarda Street in Warsaw’s central business district comprises 317,500 sq ft of gross leasable area and is 90% let. Current tenants include BuroHappold, Ecovadis, BGŻ BNP Paribas, Westwing and Calzedonia, who combine for an average lease term of five years. The landmark tower also offers one of the largest gyms in Warsaw (CityFit), a medical centre and two restaurants.
