A new phase of development for a park situated in an area known as the West Midlands Central Technology Belt got the go-ahead this week from the local council.

A new 75,000 sq ft unit at Bromsgrove Technology Park in Bromsgrove, owned by PXP, a joint venture between Advantage West Midlands and Langtree Developments, will now be built.

Chase Midland is developing the unit, which was designed by Birmingham architect Crouch Butler. Atisreal and Phoenix Beard have been appointed letting agents.

The scheme provides space for offices, workshops, storage and distribution use on the 23 acre park.

It is anticipated that the first units will be available for occupation by autumn, with the whole scheme complete by the end of this year.
