Golden West heads out west

The food manufacturer, which supplies burger buns to McDonald’s, will develop a 7,432 sq m (80,000 sq ft) chilled and frozen foods distribution warehouse on the 8.9ha (22 acre) site. The facility has a freehold purchase price of £8m, and is expected to be completed by October.
