Goldman Sachs invests £75m in TopHat

Goldman Sachs has invested £75m in modular housing manufacturer TopHat.

Founded in 2016, TopHat started production in early 2018 at its manufacturing facility in South Derbyshire developing technology and manufacturing processes for the UK’s digital construction sector.
