Global Logistics has taken almost 38,000sq ft to Global Logistics at Guinness Circle in Trafford Park, Manchester, on behalf of Canada Life.
It has agreed a rent of £5.50/ sq ft on a new 10-year full repairing and insuring lease at Guinness Circle which is a production and distribution development which comprises two units ranging from 18,646 sq ft to the 37,464 sq ft let to Global Logistics.
Julien Kenny-Levick, director in industrial and logistics at Colliers CRE Manchester, said: ‘The letting to Global Logistics proves the ongoing popularity of the units and location of Trafford Park.’
Trafford Park is home to more than 1400 companies and a 46,000-strong workforce. Colliers CRE is letting agent.
