In the year to 30 April DTZ’s pre-tax profits increased 64% to £19.3m on turnover up 23% to £120.4m, while Savills raised profits by 31% to £20.2m on turnover up 39% to £141.9m. DTZ’s profits were flattered by an exceptional credit of £2.7m relating to the move into new headquarters ...
