Goodman has won planning permission to develop a new office building at Uxbridge Business Park.
It has the go-ahead for a 30,000 sq ft building on the 149 acre park, which is already home to occupiers including Cadbury’s and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
James Raven, Goodman’s development director of UK business parks said: ‘Uxbridge is a vibrant and growing town and this next stage of development at the park will further enhance its reputation as an attractive office location on the outskirts of London. With its close proximity to town centre facilities and London’s Underground and motorway networks, we are confident that this development will attract new business to the area and provide existing businesses with room for expansion.’
Uxbridge Business Park is owned by the £1.5bn Arlington Business Parks Partnership Fund, managed by Goodman.
