Goodman goes to Brazil with new $700m logistics partnership

Goodman Group has launched a $700m (£528m) venture, the Goodman Brazil Logistics partnership, to invest in prime logistics and industrial assets in and around São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

Goodman Group has had a presence in Brazil since 2012, owning, developing and managing modern high-quality logistics and industrial properties.

The establishment of the $700m partnership will allow the group to invest alongside its global capital partners APG, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, First State Super and GIC in the Brazilian market.
