Gloucester Primary Care Trust has signed up for 30,021 sq ft at Gloucester Business Park.
The health organization has signed a 15 year lease on the largest office pre-let in the region this year.
Owner of Gloucester Business Park Goodman has also completed two other buildings as well as the PCT’s building as part of Valiant Court, the latest phase at the park, totaling 70,598 sq ft.
James Raven, Goodman’s development director, UK business parks, said: ‘In terms of attracting businesses, Gloucester Business Park has been one of Goodman’s busiest schemes.‘
Gloucester Business Park - the largest allocated employment site in the South West - is part of Goodman’s Arlington Business Park Partnership, which is jointly managed alongside Legal and General.
