The larger project, with frontages to Mortimer Street, Great Titchfield Street and Wells Street, will comprise 23,230 sq m (250,000 sq ft), while the smaller scheme at 190 Great Portland Street will provide 10,220 sq m (110,000 sq ft) of offices and 3,160 sq m (34,000 sq ft) of retail.
