The joint venture between Muse Developments and the Canal & River Trust has agreed a £41m forward funding deal with Grainger to kick-off the first phase of its Hale Wharf redevelopment in Tottenham.
Grainger has agreed to fund and acquire 108 build-to-rent homes at the scheme, which is being developed by the Waterside Places joint venture and built by McLaren. Grainger’s £41m investment is expected to generate a gross yield on cost of 5.5%-6%.
