Gramercy continues asset grab with €32m Spanish triple deal

Alistair Calvert’s Gramercy Europe has completed acquisitions of a trio of Spanish logistics properties in the Catalan region for a combined €32.25m (£28.12m).

The acquisitions of two logistics facilities in Constanti, south of Barcelona, and a warehouse in La Bisbal del Penedès across two separate deals follow a €40m acquisition of two Dutch logistics properties last week and, following both sets of deals, Gramercy has invested more than €200m for its third fund, Gramercy Property Europe III.
