Construction of the 107,640 sq ft (10,000 sq m) Grand Canal Square in Dublin's Docklands will commence next month. The Martha Schwartz-designed building over an underground car park will cost ¤8m (£5.4m). The Dublin Docklands Development Authority said it hoped to complete the project in 2008.
