Audley Group has received planning permission from Watford Borough Council to develop the first site for its new mid-market offering, Mayfield Villages.
The group will now begin work on its site within Watford Riverwell, where it will deliver a 278,000 sq ft retirement village with 253 properties for the over 55s.
