Green light for Chancerygate to create Livingston trade park

Industrial developer Chancerygate has been granted planning permission to develop a 63,000 sq ft trade park development in Livingston, Scotland.

The site, based in one of West Lothian’s prime locations, is situated on Houston Road within the established Houstoun Industrial Estate, adjacent to J3 of the M8 motorway. With permission secured, Chancerygate aim to be on site by summer 2018.
