Green light for East Croydon station resi-led redevelopment

Joint venture partners Menta and housebuilder Redrow have received planning permission to develop a major new infrastructure and residential-led regeneration scheme which will create a new station entrance to East Croydon Station.

Morello II will deliver 445 new homes including 107 new affordable homes as the latest phase of the Morello masterplan which has already delivered more than 330 new homes as part of the regeneration of the area around the UK’s second busiest railway station.
