Green light for Maidenhead resi regen

Countryside Maidenhead

Countryside has received approval in principle from Windsor and Maidenhead Borough Council for the first phase of its residential-led regeneration project in Maidenhead.

The first phase of the plans, being developed in joint venture with the council, will see 229 new homes built alongside a community space and food and café outlets on the banks of Maidenhead waterways. The York Road site is the first of four, alongside St Cloud’s Way, West Street and Reform Road, focused on affordable housing.
