Green light for NEAT and RLAM resi conversion of Brent industrial estate

Neat capitol way development

Brent Council has approved plans to convert a disused industrial estate in Colindale in north London into 414 new homes and a new commercial ‘work hub’.

The plans brought forward by NEAT Developments and Royal London Asset Management will see the vacant building on Capitol Way demolished to make way for a range of three-to-nine storey apartments, of which a third will be affordable, and a two-storey commercial building.
