Green light for office phase at £400m Belfast Waterside

Belfast City Council’s planning committee has granted planning permission for the 250,000 sq ft grade A office element of Vanguard Real Estate’s £400m Belfast Waterside masterplan scheme.

Vanguard unveiled a new masterplan for Belfast Waterside incorporating more new homes and a 75,000 sq ft ‘plug & play’ building in April. The 250,000 sq ft grade A offices granted permission by the council will form part of an overall 850,000 sq ft office accommodation at the riverside site at final completion.
