Green light for Platform_ to deliver Sheffield BTR

Build-to-rent developer Platform_ has secured planning permission to deliver a new 335 home site in Sheffield city centre.

The site, located near to The Moor shopping centre and the Sheffield Retail Quarter, will form part of the wider £480m regeneration of the area which is set to be completed in 2019.
