Green light for Workspace to regenerate Shaftesbury Centre

Flexible workplace group Workspace has received planning permission for a £15m refurbishment of The Shaftesbury Centre in Ladbroke Grove, west London.

The existing 13,000 sq ft building was valued at £4m last year but under the plans, it will be replaced by a new four-floor business centre providing 41,000 sq ft of net lettable space.
