Ambit and Aegon have secured planning permission from Hounslow Council for a trade counter development
The 37,300 sq ft scheme on Staines Road will consist of units of 3,000 sq ft upwards. Development will commence in autumn for completion in spring next year. Aegon is investing in the scheme through its Aegon Active Value Fund. It teamed up with the developer Ambit last year to take advantage of the relative dearth in demand for trade counter sites.
