Greenland Capital will become one of the first companies to tap investors’ appetites when it floats on London’s AIM market next month. The Sunday Telegraph
The property trading company hopes to raise up to £50m in equity to create a fund capable of investing £150m in development sites.
Greenland’s plan follows the announcement on Friday that Raymond Mould and Patrick Vaughan were looking to raise £200m through the flotation of their latest property company, London & Stamford.
