Modus has signed Gregg’s bakers to its Trinity Walk scheme in Wakefield.

Next, New Look, Sainsburys Debenhams, H&M and Peacocks have already signed up for the £200m scheme in Wakefield city centre, due for completion in 2010.

Alongside the retail offerings, the scheme will feature an indoor market, library and 72 flats as well as 957 parking spaces.
