Greycoat secures planning consent for large mixed-use scheme in Midtown

Greycoat Real Estate has secured planning permission from the City of London to redevelop 1 Stonecutter Court and 81 Farringdon street.

The plans, created with architect tp bennett, will see the central London site developed to provide 344,448 sq ft of Grade A office space over 13 storeys, six roof terraces, as well as 12,197 sq ft of retail provision and 2,475 sq ft public realm.
