Build-to-rent giant Greystar is in talks to buy a portfolio of sites that could accommodate around 3,500 apartments from developer Inhabit.
Inhabit has seven build-to-rent schemes in various stages of development in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester. The combined gross development value of these schemes is around £1bn.
