Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster’s property company, will mark the completion of the office space developed as part of its major shopping centre scheme in Liverpool, Liverpool One, on Thursday.

Grosvenor has restored the Stanley Building on Hanover Street, Russell Building on Peter’s Lane and Compton House on School Lane, which date from the 19th century.

In addition, it has developed the Bling Bling Building and office space within Liverpool One’s residential building, One Park West.

All together, the office element totals 35,000 sq ft.

Design consultancy Peppered Sprout recently became the first company to take space in the office element of Liverpool One, taking 4,325 sq ft in Compton House.

Keppie Massie and Knight Frank are letting agents.
