GVA has made 40 promotions across its London and regional offices including appointing seven new senior directors.
Leading the promotions is new senior director for real estate finance Alastair Carmichael, who recently led on GVA’s appointment alongside PRSim by the Scottish government to assess the viability of applications made by build-to-rent developers to the Rental Income Guarantee Scheme. Carmichael joined the then-named Bilfinger GVA in 2015 from RBS.
Fellow senior director appointments include Virginia Blackman in compulsory purchase; Richard Gaunt in hospitality and leisure; Sharon Reilly in property management consultancy in Birmingham; Derick Jackson in property management consultancy in Newcastle, Jonathan Kirby in planning consultancy in Birmingham and Nathan Pask in restructuring solutions.
