The out-of-town scheme is being marketed by CB Hillier Parker as part of an estimated £400m property sell-off by the troubled retailer, which is subject to bid speculation. Parties thought to be interested include pension fund USS, Toronto-based property company TrizecHahn, Pillar Property, Henderson Investors and British Land.
