Merseyway shopping centre, owned by a subsidiary of property investor Simon Halabi, is being managed by LPA receivers.

GVA Grimley was appointed LPA receiver on 6 February by nationalised lender Bradford & Bingley. The centre is owned through a separate company called Stockport Holdings.

GVA will manage the property on behalf of the bank.
