Half of resi developers believe biodiversity regulations will be ‘very challenging’

Fewer than one in seven residential developers believe mandatory biodiversity net gain (BNG) requirements are ‘comfortably achievable’ and three quarters believe it will hurt their profits, according to a survey by the Land Trust, Property Week can reveal.
