Halladale to build up £100m portfolio

Run by former Scottish Provident property director Ken Lindsay, Halladale last week acquired the freehold interest of 62/66 Queens Road in Reading from Taylor Clark Properties for £450,000. It intends to speculatively develop the 1,110 sq m (12,000 sq ft) site as a Grade A office building.
