Restructuring specialists Moorfields have sold major Aberdeen mixed-use development City Wharf to Hamcap (HKIP) for £11.35m.
City Wharf is a 66,045 sq ft six-storey development offering a mix of retail and leisure accommodation with Grade A office space on the upper floors. The scheme encountered issues with previous owners SI City Wharf but is well let to a range of occupiers including catering equipment company Nisbets, marine services provider V Ships, shipping company Clarksons Platou and Maersk Drilling.
