Hammerson to fund Brent Cross park

Castlemore, the private developer of the 92,570 sq ft (8,600 sq m) park opposite Hammerson’s Brent Cross shopping centre, has already signed prelets with retailers Next and DFS, while heads of terms have been agreed with Borders and Sports Soccer.
